We're proud to showcase that our jewellery is designed by us in Perth, taking inspiration from the coast, skillfully handmade in our studio in Turkey. Producers are carefully chosen for their ethical approach and sound eco-friendly production and waste management methods. Every piece from the Trelily collection is crafted by professional jewellery workers in a safe and happy working environment.

Made without the use of harmful irritants like Lead, Nickel or Cadmium, our Jewellery is particularly suitable for customers who may be allergic to these base metals. Pioneering the use of .925 silver in the plating process we achieve a beautiful, burnished silver finish, which is our trade-mark, and emanates from the age-old traditions of artisan jewellery production; each piece is carefully crafted by hand to guarantee quality.

Recycling & Sustainability

We are passionate about our Ethos and Ethical approach to production and will work to continue to develop our sustainability. All our packaging is either recycled, re-usable or biodegradable to ensure your treasured pieces have as little impact on the planet as possible.

Our Jewellery is never mass produced with most collections containing only limited numbers, we believe this allows for an element of affordable bespoke design. 

We are proud to offer unique hand-made Silver plated jewellery, that is 100% recyclable.

Treaty's future will see a move away from the Fashion industry standards with real (un-edited) women in campaigns and aims to confirm itself as a leader in ethical manufacturing and sustainability.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Given the delicate nature of the handmade process, we offer a 60 day warranty on all Trelily Jewellery.

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials.

This warranty doesn't cover loss, accidental breakage, neglect or general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery and therefore is not covered by warranty.

At our discretion we will replace or repair your damaged product.

FAULTY ITEMS AND REPAIRS

All jewellery is quality checked by a member of our dispatch team. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault. If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement if the product was purchased within 60 days.

and include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase details
• The full name and email which the order was placed in
• Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description of the issue

Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Trelily Jewellery is delicate and should be handled carefully as explained in our product care card that is enclosed with your order. 

TrelilyJewellery offers free returns for repairs and normal postage fees will be charged.
